Meeting You Where You Are
Some clients arrive with a clear sense of what they want to explore. Others only know that something doesn’t feel right - a heaviness, a constant overthinking, or a sense of being unsettled without knowing why. Both are welcome here. Therapy can meet you exactly where you are, and together we can begin making sense of your inner world, uncovering insights, and finding the clarity you’ve been looking for.
What Therapy Can I Offer
If these experiences resonate with you, I warmly invite you to ask yourself from a compassionate place from within: What would I truly like for myself to feel better? Perhaps you long for more understanding, clarity, inner peace, or a stronger connection with yourself. Maybe you want to be able to offer yourself more compassion, love, and gratitude. Therapy offers a space for gentle exploration, curiosity, and being with yourself, which can help you uncover answers and discover what healing might look like for you.
Pricing
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £65.
If finances feel like a barrier, I'm open to discussing a fee that works for both of us. My aim is to make therapy accessible where possible.
You Might Notice
You might experience a range of emotions such as sadness, anger, frustration, or low mood, to name a few. Sometimes you may notice them all at once, which can feel confusing or overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve recognized parts of yourself that try hard to protect you, navigating life’s challenges in ways that can feel helpful at the time but may also cause struggle, like finding comfort in food, overworking, or avoiding certain situations. Often, these parts are carrying old pain from the past, trying in their own ways to keep you safe. Understanding these patterns is often the first step toward relief and change.
Who I Work With
My practice welcomes clients aged 16 and over, of any gender, background, or identity. Whether you feel ready to start therapy or are still a little unsure, you are warmly welcome here.
