About me
I’ve always felt a deep pull toward helping people, not just by listening, but by supporting real, meaningful change in their lives. That inner calling led me to train as a psychotherapist, and since qualifying in 2017, I’ve built a private practice that is grounded in warmth, compassion, and non-judgment.
Over time, I explored various therapeutic approaches, drawing from each one to support my clients. But a part of me still felt something was missing. Something deeper, more emotionally resonant. That’s when I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS).
IFS holds a core belief that there are no bad parts, that every part of us, no matter how extreme or misunderstood, is trying in its own way to help us navigate life. We may not always agree with how these parts express themselves, but when we begin to connect with them with curiosity and care, profound transformation becomes possible.
I’ve witnessed IFS bring heart-warming, life-changing shifts to the clients I work with, and I now see it not only as a therapeutic model, but as a way of relating to ourselves that can become a beautiful and meaningful part of daily life.
Alongside the IFS approach, I bring the values I hold most dearly into my sessions: compassion, curiosity, kindness, gentleness, and when needed, a sense of clarity and direction. At the same time, I deeply trust that your inner system knows what it needs, and that with support, it can lead the way toward healing.
As a white therapist who migrated to the UK 18 years ago, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the diversity and uniqueness of this country. That appreciation informs how I hold space: with openness, cultural awareness, and the belief that all parts are welcome in the therapy room.
